Happy birthday Claire!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to decide on whether or not to stay on Deviantart..I mean all I do is send people notes and use this journal.

Anyway, on monday I received a test/form thing from my Mum's docter that I had to fill out and it had tons of like deep,dark questions on it. Yesterday I got a "results" note from the doctor saying "You are clinically depressed. Please come visit me on monday. I would love to meet you. Everything is confidential so your parents won't have to know". SO on monday I am going toa therapist. I am so nervous about it though. Her name is Dr.Kimberly and she is very nice I heard. I just think it will be awkward to sit staring at someone on sofas and just talk. I've never done that before. I also have no clue how this could help me get back to normal. I mean just talking is great but it only rarely makes me feel better about things. I have no clue what she's going to do to me. Are we just going to talk or am I going to be locked up and become a guinea pig for experiments on child depression??? I am so very nervous.....

Also I hae had it about since I was 10. No one can prove me worng on that.. I habe been hiding it for so long and it feels so good tob e getting help but I feel like I'm just going to be proven wrong and that I don't have any problems but I know I do!!!!!!!!!

Also I have the worst cold ever. My throat stings and my nose is so disgusting right now. I have been up till 6 every morning not being able to sleep. It was my birthday last week. I got tons of movies and an ipod and money o se to buy music and movies and stuff for it. I got Mamma on dvd and all the other dvd's have digital copies included for my Ipod so I'm happy about that at least.
